According to 6 the July update on CIC website it is mentioned that candidates having scores 451-600 are 764 whole 401-450 are around 11k. Assuming they want to meet their target it seems that the ITA will remain around 430. But of course things might change like more candidates adding to the pool and provincial nominations (which affects only one or two draws at best) which can increase the ITA score. Now that's only my opinion and I'm not an expert.

Guys if we have a draw tomorrow , Can we expect the CRS to go below 435?
I must say things are turning very unpredictable with the recent changes - ONIP getting closed , only 3200 ITA's being issues for the past couple of draws and monthly draw's .... I wish experts in the forum speak out their views...:)
As a true 'expert' here and of course in general :D the next that will happen is that EE is closing and no more immigration for anyone. I mean horrible things are happening and this surely means end is near. Tragic!

Come on, it's vacation time, backlogs, modification of the system...

It's not the end of the world! It will pick it up, soon! Ok?

So if by your prediction score remains around 430, points will be dropping by 1 in each draw, inviting 500 people at once?

I need to lay off sarcasm, I know...

The answer is yes, you can change after ITA.

I'm assuming you have not received your ITA yet, so why don't you remove those work experience now and make the necessary changes to your NOC? If you remove it after ITA, your CRS and FSW eligibility will be recalculated.

When making changes, especially to the work history, make sure your FSW eligibility will not fall below 67 points and your CRS is still above the cut-off at the time you received your ITA. Also, you need to write explanation for any changes made post-ITA.
One more question: On my Express Entry (FSW) Work History, can I claim the 9 months I have been working in Canada or is that just for Foreign Work?

It's also summer in the northern hemisphere. People in North America like to go away for summer vacations. Especially the lazy government workers. They will need to come back and start catching up in another month (maybe weekly draws later in the fall?? please??)!
Thanks for being sane! :)

well i think this is too hard to predict for anyone. E.g. no one predicted that Ontario would pause soon after they dropped the requirement below 400 points. Likewise no one can say how many people gonna enter the pool in next few months. So who knows if points drop to 415 or rise to 460. Its like human behavior unpredictable!! ;)
I have 478 points but i'm still not sure if I would get invite in next draw.

It's not too hard to predict, it will drop to even below 400, why, Canada needs immigrants now and a lot, not enough people in thw whole pool to fill in quota let alone people above 400.

Unfortunately it's normal that Ontario paused NOI, they should have maybe warn people that it's going to happen on exact date, but like all provincial programs they open and close during whole year. It's the way it works, to me it seems that Ontario was offering huge amount of NOIs compared to last year, they are doing a great job.

I would be happier if there were more informations about future draw dates and stuff like that, otherwise I think Canada has a great system and it will be even greater in the future but it wont be our worry since we all will be long before that settled there! ;) Ace! :)

Going to canada requires some skills. You need to know decent english/french. You need to have a degree and some experience in your profession and ofcourse you need to be young. It also requires a very important skill which some people lack. Going to canada requires a lot of patience and perseverence. If you are giving up at this stage, then don't even bother moving forward. Post ITA phase is no walk in the park. Waiting for ppr can be nerve wracking. We haven't even discussed about the struggles of post landing phase. Some of you guys give up too easily.

Life is a marathon, not sprint. We will persist and make it to Canada!

Yes. In fact, Ontario intended all along to pause and reopen the HCP and all other streams throughout the year in order to give people a chance to apply throughout the year. They did not want to let all available spots get taken up in the first few months of the year, as happened last year.

Lookin' at your post count I believe you. I'm new to the scene I started following draws only in July after my IELTS result. If I try to read between the lines according to you I will surely get an invite in the next draw  (I did receive NOI from Ontario but didn't submit as direct ITA is less messy)

since we all will be long before that settled there! ;) Ace! :)
I'm sure we all be permanent residents of Canada soon enough :)
