Same issue with me. AFter selecting 1 for English, 1 for visa, immigration, citizenship and passports, then 1 for visa, immigration and citizenship, it sends me to the Canada number (888) and then the automated voice says sorry, but you are calling from outside Canada and then just disconnects. How do I get through to them?

I don't know why this is happening guys, it always went through for me, all i can say is try again.
Also please listen carefully before choosing options.

Can extensive travel history delay files? In that case, mine will take some time. My wife and I have traveled to 15 countries in the past 4 years. I have not seen a change of status in BG to NA2 since July 20th

Not always, I have seen many candidates with extensive travels get very quick PPRs, it more of depends on your case analyst and Visa Office also. It also delays IP1 sometimes , but like I said not always. Each case is different.

Does this mean my app. will not be processed in Ottawa? Or will it be sent to New Delhi where I'm applying from? @KiranK :>

If you are in NA2 stage and IP1 is done, it means R10 is done. How many days in NA2 you are? if it is more than 4-5 then IMO as per current trends your application will be processed for major checks at CIO and at the very last stage for finalisation might be sent to LVO.

When are the proof of funds docs checked? I`m at NA2. Does that mean I`m okay regarding proof of funds? These are the ones that get me worried...

Proof of funds are done at NA2 stage mostly. You can never know the exact time this will be checked, for that order GCMS notes.

Yea i had a loe submitted with my application but i raised a cse after a week for a employement doc i wanted to replace, but when i see my submitted application i can still see that the employment doc is not replaced?

Don't worry this status indicates that they have received your documents it will updated soon.

15-25 days is normal, yes there are always few lucky applicants in every batch that get quick PPRs, so don't worry seeing their super fast timelines.
almost 30 days in NA2 is pretty normal, wait for few days more you will get an update soon.

@KiranK I emailed CIC to ask about my VO earlier. They replied by saying that my file is at CIO, Sydney. Since then, my application status has changed. So, do you think I shall ask CIC again about my present VO?
