So you would go through the New Delhi visa office. If you search the forum, there is a thread for spousal sponsorship timescales through NDVO. I guess it will be around 12 - 24 months from start to finish.

The timelines have drastically reduced from this year. Roughly around 6 months for New Delhi from start to finish.

They have accepted my application since April. When looking at the status online, I don't need an interview, passed medical, don't need to send biometrics. Pretty much everything is passed but besides background check and the current step I am at which is checking if I am eligible which is taking months so far...

That's a lot faster than I thought. I thought it would take me a year to get accepted. But if they have accepted my application since the start of April then i'm looking at September - October then? Damn, that's coming up

Can you define what exactly outland means. Sorry noob question. I sent my application through an American postal service which took it to Canada
