if your crs is above 400, you should be getting NOI anyway, your NOC shouldnt matter
However 2282 is an ICT NOC, so people having this NOC with score < 400 would have got the NOI for the week of 26th June only.

My CRS is 350...and sent EOI today under noc 2282.... I have no idea whether to expect a NOI as I have not seen

this is not about NOC now i feel, try to improve your score to get past 400, in the meanwhile wait for ICT stream to drop less than 400 again but that is a big if now

Do you have a girlfriend? I can tell her to break up with you! Lol. I was in a depressed state when I started reviewing for IELTS. I kept reading and reading to keep me occupied rather than wasting my time thinking about my failed relationship

It takes a lot of practice. Devote at least one hour a day (after work) and 4 hours on weekends. I did this for 3 weeks. All the hard work will be worth it when you get CLB 9

For the review materials, I only used Cambridge English books 4-11. Online review materials were not effective for me

@iamxty your words are great help ... to start practice of cambridge books... no other way... only one i.e. practice to get magical figures.
