I have 402 points under NOC 2173. I created profile on 15th july. When can i expect NOI from ontario. Is there anyone in same situation?
Hi All. Can anybody tell me what is the processing time after replying to the 'Procedural Fairness Letter'? Is it going to take more time or how does this work? Your expert advice is much needed. Thanks in advance
unfortunately No Certain estimation for associated timings or confirmed trend for how people are receiving NOI
Hi ...kindly share your NOC,CRS points ,The time you created your EE,when u Received NOI, when u Created OINP application ,and what type of documentation was missing on your side and your current application status stage

Yes it is, otherwise you have to arrange a proof from relevent govt. authority that you can not produce your birth certificate.

@Wandering Mind and @BillHyatt can you guys please help me out with this querry? I received a letter this morning asking me to authorize WES and to send in the copy of my ECA. I had done this on 12th July but not sure why did they ask me today?

And what if one is applying alone?
For OINP birth certificate is needed for PA only. Spouse Birth certificate is not needed.
Did you get a confirmation email from WES when you ordered a duplicate copy on July 12? Take a screenshot of that email and send to Ontario as proof.

Thanks buddy. Time to arrange birth certificate now. Will have to check with municipal corporation.
I got a Procedural Fairness Request on June 20, and I replied on the same day. I got Approval on July 6.
