I have a question in filling out IMM0008ENU_2D.

I am sponsoring my wife, she has to fill the above mentioned form. She lives in India however she was in Canada form 2011/08 -2016/01. So her status here was student, then worker and then visitor.

Previous country of residence: it has only 2 sections, however, her status changed 3 times. She is not sure how to fill out the form. Can someone guide us.

Here is ma progress and q.
cic recived my appn on octber 4,2016 and i had been requested further info to process my appn, IMM 5669 and 5406 forms feb 7,2017 and correct it and sent it back in a month time.
Again i reguested police cet on april 10 and provided may 20,2017 and they sent me the confirmation for police cert and income tax noa last week july 10 2017.
I dd medical exam aug 8 2016 and attached the confirmation letter upfront but the agent told me they ddt get my result when i called cic to verify when would my medical passed.so i gave brief info abt the docter, his adress, date of examination, his name...etc and she found it online and put note on my file how they can get the result. My online status still says we will let u know wn we start ur review of eligiblity. Still No medical pass .
Here is my questions,
1 what would be the next processand when would i expect upates appxt.
2 i feel like i ddt provide enough proof of doc.compared to others applt on these thread and can i submit some doc. Like phone bills,lease agrmt.and satutory declaration letter(couldnt find sample)without requesting additional doc.? And it doesnt slow down the process?

#2 I am not sure what you are asking. Are you suggesting that you feel like you didn't provide enough proofs? If so, what did you send them?

#1 Medical accepted. SA should be soon, if you don't already have it. Then AIP (a letter stating that you are eligible to apply for PR), then DM and landing.

As to the medical, they can find you in eMedical by UCI or by their request ID.

Try logging into ECAS with the sponsor details, and tell me what it says under both sides. Here is ECAS: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do

Did CBSA seize a passport or travel document of yours? If not, ignore it. It's a form letter, and that section doesn't apply.

Questions will be something like: do you have any dependents not listed on the application, have you committed a crime in Canada or anywhere in the world, and have you been denied entry into Canada or anywhere. They may ask one or two others, but generally it's not intended to be a test... it will be simple.

I told my Boss I have to leave at 11:15 a.m. last Monday even though the appointment is 3:00 p.m. because I did not want to rush. Plus this is construction season. Then she comes in this morning and says she booked a meeting. I said I have to leave at 11:15 a.m. and I cannot be late for my appointment (LOL). So she rescheduled her appointment. She just left for the bank so when she comes back I am gone.

Steak for landing celebration...I promised my hubby we could watch some GofT. This was the guy who was saying let's watch an Shaolin/Indian movie when I was looking for GotT.

We have to discuss politics and first aid tomorrow.

Finally finally after waiting 4 weeks got landing letter today and scheduled for 26th of this month. Quick questions:
They mentioned to bring certified copies of seized ID documents and notice of seizure form. No idea what are those documents.Can anybody please guide me
& what they going to ask in interview.

You can whip up an excel sheet with the exact same headings (and just make sure it's clear which question you are expanding on).

I already paid 1040 something with file. Just to confirm this 1040 includes 490 or its separate fee.

yes it does!
And it was listed for us as well, but they did not ask it at the interview. But bring it anyway, just in case they ask.
Sponsorship fee ($75), principal applicant processing fee ($475) and right of permanent residence fee ($490) = total 1040$

Usually the $1040 includes the RPRF.

Proof:
$75 for Sponsor application
$475 for PR application
$490 for RPRF

Assuming no dependents. Just bring that receipt and tell them you paid them all upfront.

Regarding #2 i submit - marriage certificate, -picture of us(#25) just difft type excluding wedding pic since we planned our wedding back home when i get my pr and able to travel.,id,her pr card and employment letter photo copy, joint bank acct, income tax paper to show we have same adress and medical insurance letter for both of us.
Medical exam and police certificate for myself.
Note: cic ddt request me any additional supportive doc. So far...just tring my best.

Divorce certificate since I had been married.
