A tip to those wanting to lose weight without going through too much exercising, dark chocolate + 2-3 cups of green tea a day + one-hour walk/jog per day is very effective :D

Nicely done! Perseverance pays off!

Thanks for the tip for losing weight, will try it definitely! Let you know results in a month to see how it will work on me! :)
hey andie..
If you ever think of skipping any one of those 3, don't let go of the 1hr jogging :p....you'll have surprising result;)...
by the way I'm a great fan of Lindt dark myself...when I was in Qatar every day used to bite on plenty of 90% cocoa dark bars:rolleyes:...me and my brother used to be crazy about the bitter bar & no one else found it tasty...we found it addictive..:D..finally I had to sprint

and I see 430 on Wednesday...or 432 on Friday...

Yipee! Another dark chocolate fan!

The cut-off now is like losing weight. I can't see the cut-off coming down to 400 in the next 3 months no matter how hard I try to stay positive :D

You will get ITA in the next draw.

Edit: Your age is locked upon receiving an ITA.

i disagree with the cut off view...
3 months ~ 6 draws - 7 points dip per draw and you'll see 398:)...that is by October if they continue to follow 2 draws per month:)...
by last draw of October we should see it....:)
there's already a crate of Corona riding on it;)

Thanku friend!!!!!
But it's said that Ontario has issued already 3500 noi approx. Now , has all these applicants come in July 12 the draw?
Stats show that till July 6th only 1960 were there from crs 441 and above . Which means the rest around 1200 could have been Ontario PnP.
So again 1500 + candidates are still under waiting from Ontario to get their 600 points .
I think the next draw might be greater than 440 or max 438....and with over 3500 itas

What do u think?

My rough calculation states the CRS cut off would fall by 12 points and reach 428, if the draw happens on July 19 with 3200 ITAs.

Do wait for my final prediction on July 19th.

Hi Guys,

I am currently at 416 points after creating my profile in EE . Can you guide me regarding the following situation.

I have multiple work experience across different NOCs. 2years 1 month in 0124, then 5 months again in 0124(different employee) and 9 months as Paid Intern(full time/ 45 hours per week) in 4163. I am currently claiming points for 2 years work exp only hence the score 416. Can i add up all these work experience and claim full points of 3 yr experience? 3 yr exp will boost my CRS to 441. I will choose my primary NOC as 0124

I would really appreciate some expert opinion on this.

PNP does not affect the pool that much. Entries in the 601-1200 range never went beyond 400 in the past 3 months.
Please see my earlier post on OINP update.

If there will be a draw next week, cut-off may be lower than 430. If after next week, it will be 431 +/-2.

OINP is processing applications submitted from March 14 to July 19 so they might send again to those less than 400 CRS next week. They haven't filled their quota yet. According to their latest update, from 2897 last month, there are still 2485 nominations left, which means only 400 nominations were issued in one month.

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_PROCESSINGTIMES.html

I really hope you will get an NOI soon. I think OINP site has some issues since the other day that's why no NOIs are sent.

Hello my friends, I hope everyone is doing really great, you know what just came back from work and was so tired, but reading 7 whole pages with full of positives comments, especially about our Yukon party organisation + having dark chocolate made me forget that tiring condition in my body and I have full of energy again thanks to you guys girls, thank you for that :);) All of you are very special to me and we have to organise of course our Yukon party, and I don't know about Quebec party (Poutine day :p) coz I didn't hear somebody interested it it. Anyways, good day to you all!

PS: Have anybody tried 99% dark chocolate? I did once and bought it and me and my wife ate it during 4-5 months :D:D:D

I'll hold you to that pint! I'm not a Guinness drinker myself, but I'll certainly give it a go for an afternoon. I'm not originally from Belfast, but work here every day. It's improved drastically since the bad old days of the 'troubles'. There's a lot of money been pumped in and large parts have been completely redeveloped. Dublin is still a nicer city.

Kitchener is a good city as well and a bit like Belfast in that it's seen major redevelopment over the past 10 years albeit still a little industrial. However I like Waterloo better with it's student vibe and 2 universities, but with the cities growing together it's hard to tell them apart now.

My time in Laurier was a year and part of an exchange program with my university back here in NI, so I can't claim it as Canadian education as it's part of a Northern Ireland university degree and it was over 20 years ago. Hopefully I won't need any additional points and by September we'll all get our ITAs. Next summer we'll be in Canada having that Guinness!
Pints of Guinness are on me for sure mate ;) For real you and i could be living not too far next year eh lol. To be honest from what i have seen and read on the internet, i wouldn't like to live too long in Kitchener. It seems like a sleepy town lol. But never know, there could things i could explore when i get there and might as well like it. I have been a city guy all my life.

Dublin definitely is a nicer city. Spent most of my 20s there :) Belfast, yeah, the city must have been transformed. It looked modern although i didn't get to anywhere other than city-center. It was a trip for few hours. But i liked it :)
