Hello!

I need help. We just submitted our application a week ago, wala pa email narereceive and I just realized na iba pala yung location ng marriage namin sa contract, at iba rin ang nailagay ko sa form.

What happened kasi, nung kinasal kami ng civil, ang nakuha namin na judge is from Pasig but we want the ceremony to be done in a venue in taguig so the assistant told us na ang ilalagay niya na location ng ceremony is Hall of Justice Pasig dahil tiga Pasig nakaassign ang judge kahit na sa Taguig talaga gagawin ang ceremony at reception. We totally forgot about this. Kaya pag receive namin ng marriage contract sinama na agad namin sa application without realizing that information.

Ive sent wedding pics including with the judge na nasa venue din sa Taguig. Im so worried about this. I hope they wong reject the application.

Im planning to explain and resend the form in advance after AOR.

Is there anyone with a similiar case as this?

Agreed with what Survivor27 just said. As soon as u receive AOR with the UCI, make a good cover letter explaining your side that it was just an oversight on your part and Upload it thru the applicable option. At the end of the day we're all humans..Visa Officers make mistakes too and so are the applicants

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on behalf of (Applicant's Name) and family (if applicable).

This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to the visa office in Manila for further processing."

from Case Processing Centre Mississauga galing yung letter. After mo makareceive ng eligibilty may marereceive kang ganitong letter.

hello, ung sa schedule A po ba sino sino po ba ang kelangan mag pirma or mag gawa ng schedule, defendents daw po eh. Confused talaga ako jan, ako lang ang nagawan ko nun kasi wala pa naman kami anak ng asawa ko. Advise naman po kung sino sino pa ung kelangan mag gawa ng schedule A. Thank you po ng marami.

kakatapos ko lng mag medical july 10 nako sana nga Excited nko masyado. March applicant sana ako kaso nung senend binalik tapos nung senend uli binalik uli kc kulang ung signature tapos ng May na senend tudo na talaga hehehe

JULY 5 2017- SPONSOR APPROVED

JULY 6 2017- MEDICAL REQUEST

JULY 10 2017- MEDICAL DONE

@Survivor27 , sir my 2 kids will not accompanying us next year to Canada but they are in the base application. my question is, I can sponsor them once I land to Canada or I need to wait for few months/ or to have work ? sorry for my ignorance. Again thank you for your response.

Sana mga nag request ng notes, for the consent form po, the applicant needs to fill out the Section A. Does the Sponsor need to fill out Section B or just leave it blank? And how about Section C? Thank you sa info. We're planning of requesting for a notes. Thank you.
