I am at 432 but intend to live in Alberta. I received OINP yesterday. I am also applying for OINP (I guess, would have to live in Ontario now)

In 2 draws, you are getting an ITA!

Oh man not again! Haha

hi guys, i am at 435 hoping for the next draw to be held on next wednesday

If the next draw happens on July 19, you are sure to get an ITA!
Even if the draw happens on July 26, your chances to get an ITA is pretty high.
Your worst case scenario would be to receive an ITA in Draw 69 on August 9th.

Giving the draw#67, there are approximately 54,000 ITAs have been granted until this day. The quota for FSW and PNP are 73,000 and 54,000 ITAs respectively. So the total is 127,000 ITAs should be granted this year so as to meet the allocated quota. Based on that, in order for IRCC to meet the allocated quota for this year, they're expected to grant 73,000 ITAs before the end of 2017.

If IRCC continued this trend 2 draws a month which is issuing 3200 ITAs/draw, 6400 ITAs a month, then by the end of this year they will have granted 32,000 ITAs which it should be 73,000 ITAs. So the short would be (73,000-32,000= 41,000 ITAs).

Guys! Any insights or comments regarding this analysis are very welcomed.

The quota or the target announced by CIC is not the number of ITAs, it is the number of PRs under each stream.

1 ITA is NOT EQUAL to 1 PR

If primary+spouse is applying, 1 ITA becomes 2 PRs.
In cases where the applicant declines ITA or withdraws application, the issued ITA does not get converted to PR.
In cases where CIC refuses/rejects an application for PR, the ITA is again not getting converted to PR.

In short, there is no data to find out the actual target of ITAs to be issued in a year. Hence, we can only make assumptions without any basis to back it.

Hang in there guys, I still remember when all the pessimists were saying the scores would never drop below 450. I missed the cutoff by 1 point twice before getting ITA so it's all a matter of timing, as long as you're in the pool, then you're in position to get an ITA when the opportunity presents itself.

CEC with 437 :/. I also received ONIP. I can also get my wife to do the ielts exam which will put us above 450 but I do not know if I should just save the ONIP and English exam money and wait for the next draws.

Today's odd timing of Draw was a tight slap on face of ppl who announced that there won't be a draw.. Hope is the thing which binds us together.. So let such ppl stay away from such beautiful threads and forums and lets concentrate on spreading the good news only.. Amen..
