hello everyone, i was wondering what is AOR2 exactly ? we got confirmation from CPCM that our file was forwarded to Ankara visa office on June 9th, is this considered the AOR2 or should I also get a confirmation letter from VO? its been a month since the CPCM letter but the status on GCkey still has not changed to BGchck in progress. should i contact the VO now?

What I mean by that is I should have emailed the required docs as well as uploading them on Gckey. I thought they would get my documents from Gckey but obviously there had been a problem; either they hadn't seen it or there had been a glitch.
For your case, I believe you did the right thing by mailing your schedule A. I don't know if you called and confirmed that they received it or not. But that's one thing that you better do.

Some VO's send you an email that they have started processing your application, some don't. So don't stress, at this stage no news is good news. After AOR2 is the longest wait for BGC to go into process. Are you a March applicant? Take a look at the monthly spreadsheets you will realise you are not alone

My aor2 was may 10 and backgroynd just changed yesterday. Dont reach out yet. Allow them time. Theyre working on tons of applications
