Address History and Travelling History (Post ITA form)

I was residing in Finland from August 2011 to May 2014 for study purpose. In between that period i visited few countries inside Europe.
I had already put Finland in my address history because i was residing there for 3 years. Should i have to also put these 3 years in travelling history or address history is enough?

Yes, keep Finland in the address history for whole time. However for travelling you need to enlist every trip outside Finland to another European countries with details.
