If u go back few pages of this thread .. u will find out that someone rearranged the rows and so few ppl got deleted ..

Not the end of the world .. add the info again .. will take u 1 min to fill it in ..

"Few people" ?? You mean a lot of people have been deleted... myself included. Will try to readd myself but it is a useless stressful move. I'm already stressed out not to receive any AOR for 27weekdays... Don't want to have to rewrite it whenever someone changes the sheets.

Oh come on .. this is just a trackin tool .. amd as ur in the beginnin stages, u just hv to add few cells ..

I kinda freaked out seeing all the SA-stage entries blanked out, too. People should be more responsible in editing, and keep it only to their entries. Let the owner exercise control over formatting and all. If you filter to view trends for a particular group, be responsible enough to clear filters for other users soon as you're done. It's a shared file. What you see is what everyone sees. So be considerate.

I was finally able to do with dob, passport info and last name after trying multiple times.

Few ppl were deleted then. Tonight many got deleted, including myself and I think you too. This is a different incident.

Somebody worked on it and rearranged it the way it was. You should have seen the mess 3.5-4 hours ago.

Yeah I just reverted it back to an older version that didn't get mess up. Because a 1/3 of the people got deleted or actually the rows got made so small that you couldn't expand the cells. Noticed that when you looked at the numbers it had huge jumps from 1 to 7. So yeah hopefully everyone is ok with that. The Schedule A column is still there and I added the transfer column as well.

I did medical check last december , is it still applicable now ? My app is waiting for Aor but i just want to plan ahead

No. You cannot do upfront medicals anymore under the new application.

Once you get AOR you will get the subsequent requests for Police Check, Schedule A and Medical Request. The medical request will have attached special documentation from CIC to bring to the panel approved physician. The panel approved physician will send your medical results along with this paperwork once you've done the exam, 30 days within the day they originally request.

I understand why you wanted to plan ahead, but I would NOT deviate from this process. It could cause delays and problems with your application. Good luck!
