Hello, everyone!
First off, I would like to apologize for if this thread/question is posted in the wrong topic category.
Anyways, my husband and I have been living together in the United States (my home country) for almost three years now. We've been married two years out of those three. We have finally decided to move to Canada. He, my husband, is originally from Toronto, and will be sponsoring my move up there. We have yet to apply for the sponsorship, so I am a bit unaware about what is on the application and what might hold us back from moving to Canada. You see, I was unable to finish high school and I really can't get my GED (for personally reasons). Which, has me concerned that might affect our big move. So, my question is: Can my spouse sponsor my move to Canada, even though I am a high school "dropout"?
If this bit of information helps: He has graduated from college. I have had steady (unskilled) jobs, performed well at each of them. Our overall health is good. My husband and I are not, and have never been, criminals. We do not have any children.
Thanks for the help!
