Hey, i scored 53 overall in PTE and got a unconditional offer letter from centennial college for september intake under SPP/PTE. and i have completed all the required procedures for canada student visa including tuition fee payment and GIC and applied online on 15th may 2017 and got a message in my cic on 6th of june saying your study permit has been refused stating Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

As im from commerce background and i made it obvious in my cover letter that I'm eligible for this course and few subjects i've studied earlier and yes, then i applied my visa on 14th june 2017, through VFS delhi.

I have study commerce without maths and applied to business - marketing as maths is the requirement of this course, the college sent me a consent form which is duly signed by me states that i have to give maths assessment test once i reach their campus or else they'll take 1,100 CAD and add maths classes in my program

Sounds weird. Please share full profile, docu submitted in both attempts, changes made in 2nd attempt, etc

Refusal letter may just be a mistake/delay from cic.
For my first application because I didn't turn in the study plan nor 10 years personal history, I got the refusal and that was obvious.

For my second application, I turned in study plan as well as 10 years personal history also some supplement documents on 6/6 and received a request for additional family member form on 6/8. I turned in and uploaded on 6/9. I had checked the website several times showing the additional document was properly provided to CIC. On 6/29 when I checked the website for status it turned to refuse which was the deadline for the additional form to be submitted. There is no rejection letter showing why they rejected my application.
I sent an email to HK visa office to ask for rejection letter and if my application got refused because of lack of family member form but haven't got no reply. I also check my second application page to see if there's delay for the letter to come but it has been more than a week and still no update.

Because I am worried that if I wait for them to reply (which I am not even sure if they will), I will miss the start date of 9/5 since the processing time is 6 weeks.

Yesterday 7/7, I reapply third time with a lot of documents from VFS taiwan and unfortunately after turning in the application I realized that one of the bank transaction statement was wrong due to bank clerk's error. The balance for transaction sheet doesn't match current bank balance certificate because the transaction statement only shows 2016's transactions and did not show 2017's even though the date was still showing 2016/6 to 2017/7 interval. Both of documents were issued from the bank with their signature and seals. The application was already sent to HK on the day of apply...

Now I am worried if they will see it as fraud document because balance doesn't match. How can I fix this with right transaction statement along with bank's explanation letter. Does CIC accept document correction? Please help.

What were the reasons written on the paper for your previous refusals
The first attempt the reason was travel history, purpose of visit, employment prospects in country of residence, personal assets and financial status as well as my study plan and missing activities on certain dates.

For second attempt, I included travel history along with my passport visa and stamps (I traveled a lot). My father's letter saying I will be working in the family business after the study. Also, my bank account transaction history in Japan and USA where I had lived in for a while as student in both countries. And of course study plans and personal history. Via online. Didn't get any refusal reasons. (yeah i know it's weird).

Third attempt, via paper

This is really a bad situation. I feel sorry for you. Nothing you can do now except waiting. If you get refused, you can seek deferral from college and apply again.

It's worrying me because everyone whose files have been sent to Delhi/Chandigarh are receiving updates, but Bangalore seems incredibly slow. Is it just me or is everyone observing this trend?
Based on my observation, bglr is little late but not terrible.

applied online on 2nd june from pakistan
got refusal today
stated"""" purpose of visit""""
Upon a complete review of the application, previous academic and employment history and the
reasonableness of undertaking the proposed studies in Canada, I am not satisfied you are a bona
fide student & would depart Canada at end of authorized stay.""""""
