no draw means more candidate on the pool results more CRS point! I am waiting with 425 now soon will be 435!

Hi, asking for a friend..quite new to express entry rules and regulations...say if someone get PNP from any province;does that mean his PR is confirmed/won't be refused as majority of the documents already checked by the province?(I do get it that they will get ITA guraanteed) my question is regarding the after ITA process and final outcome.

No, it's not confirmed. Federal government performs its own checks. Some of them are not made by province, e.g. criminal background check or medicals.

The only possibility for reaching 410 is if we have 3 draws in the row. That happened once in April, but we don't know if CIC wants to catch up after the 4 weeks gap.
