Its good to know that your NOC is in the list and your score is good enough. But having both does not guarantee you to get OINP NOI. As Ontario will select randomly as per their preset criteria. You are fulfilling their criteria, but if you are lucky, u will get NOI.
However, at CRS 412, u have a good chance to get direct ITA, in 2-3 draws. So I feel, u should save CAD $1500 and wait for regular draws to choose you.

ROH is thereAs per my assumption.. you will get 200% direct ITA. Score will go down to 428 +- 2.
Guys I need help. I want my Animation diploma to be evaluated and so far WES and ICES have refused to do so stating that they only evaluate academic credentials. My Animation diploma is important for me as it helps in attaining more points. I have already got by Bachelors evaluated by WES. What should I do? I emailed ICAS also and they requested few details like Title of Diploma, Issuing body and year. I am awaiting their reply.
