Guys... As per my understanding.. Plz correct me if I am wrong..
Below two in RED are different/independent statements from http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html.
In the week of Jun 26, their focus is more on ITC, but it doesn't say specifically that its only for that week (if we read below text carefully)...
Per my understanding, they will be issuing NOIs to the other sectors too going forward, along with ICT with CRS < 400.
It all boils down to "occupation-specific searches" in coming weeks..

The OINP continues to improve the program’s responsiveness to labour market and economic development needs and identify more candidates with experience in some of Ontario’s priority sectors and in demand occupations. As part of that vision, the program will begin issuing targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates who qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream and who have work experience in specific occupations identified by the OINP.

For these occupation-specific searches only, the OINP will be lowering the required minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score below 400. To qualify, candidates will need to meet all other HCP stream eligibility criteria (see below) and have skilled work experience in one of the targeted occupations.

All applicants to the HCP Stream must meet the following criteria:

  • Work Experience: A minimum of either:
  • Education: Equivalent of a Canadian Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Language: A minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 in English or in French;
  • Settlement Funds: A minimum level of savings or income in Ontario; and
  • Intent: An intention to reside in Ontario long term.
For the week of June 26, 2017, the OINP will be targeting candidates with work experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.
yes in my understanding as well, it will target other industries as well.

do we need to send online results as well to ontario ? or just wes report scanned copy is enough?
You'll need both - a scanned copy of the ECA report from WES to be uploaded with your application and a duplicate digital copy to be sent directly to Ontario by WES.

Please read the OINP application guide. It explains how you can order your duplicate copy. Good luck.

I have also received NOI on 29june, Im very much confused whether to submit documents on my own Or hire a immigration consultant. I would appreciate any help and suggestions from you.

Most of us here are doing it on our own. It's not hard, you know. Just read the OINP application guide carefully. It has all the information in great detail.

Good luck.

Can you share Letter to reside in Ontario
You must write your own letter because your situation and reasons to live in Ontario would be different than everyone else's.

Do some research about Ontario and the city where you'd like to live. Think about why Ontario in particular suits your needs the most and then write it all down. There! Your letter is ready!

Good luck.
