Hi there

Can I download last 6 months statement from online banking and upload it as proof? or do I need to get physical statement with stamp and signature etc, scan them and then upload?

It depends on the contents of your online bank statements and what they look like. If they have the logo of the bank, contact numbers, address and email id of the bank and contain details such as your account number, date of account opening etc, they're good enough.

If not, then it's best to get printouts of your statements and get them stamped, signed and dated by a bank official.

Additionally, get a letter/bank certificate from your bank in the format required by IRCC if you can.

No bank statement will ever mention date of account opening.
Dates of the statement are there. So are the logo in colour and name of the Bank and the branch along with IBAN number.
I downloaded 6 months statement, went to the bank and got them stamped and uploaded to my profile.

All of my online bank statements have the date of account opening, my birthdate, my email id, my telephone number, every possible detail you can think of :)

Since yours don't, you did the right thing in getting them stamped. All the best with your application.
 
Hello Everyone , Please can I use my brother's account as my proof of settlement funds because he is providing the funds or does the money need to be transferred into my Canada's account.

I have account in two banks in Canada. is it mandatory to provide bank information of both banks or i can just provide bank information of one bank account to Ontario immigration for PNP.
