You have to provide a scan of it through Case Specific I.form. Otherwise, they will ask it later on and there is a chance that your application will be a bit delayed.

In my case I sent it upfront because I knew that it is going to expire.

I am may 24 applicant and recently got 41 Pages long GCMS notes which says:
Application Status: Open
App Status Reason- In progress
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started Due date Aug 18, 2017 (which is my AOR date)
Criminality: Passed
Medical; Not Started
Label: General
Group name: Bulk Email PNP Pre- Assessment May 15-31, 2016
Category: PV2
Group: 1-ACZSCLF
Location: PNP-Med-Not Started

My file last updated was In Dec 29, 2016. and they did not not touch my file until June 8- when they have sent me Medical request which shows passed in my cic account now.
Even my cic account says that they are reviewing whether I meet the eligibility requirements or not.

Similar situation here... Nothing changed since Dec 16, 2016. No MR, NO updates at all.

Well guys, I have got a good news.

While reading a forum today I decided to check my ECAS status, and I was surprised. Since today I have got Decision Made. My background check was on since I linked my application last year. I never had additional document request. Last July I decided to send uptaded Schedule A of my wife. And this Year in January I sent them updated passport of my daughter, because her old one will be expired at the beginning of July. Looks like this things helped me to speed up a bit my processing time.

1 April inland applicant( AINP)
5 may/2016 - AOR
4 April/2017 - first medical request for myself
13 June/2017 - second medical for my dependants
29 June/2017 Decision Made

I just recently got my BOWP approved as well, I applied Apr 23 and was approved Jun 3, work permit received by mail Jun 10. So about 1.5 month, online application, not paper-based.

I ordered notes on 1 June. I will get it soon and I will be able to see more detailed information.
