I have a trade certificate from Alberta.
but I can only prove 1 year of my work experience, because one of companies that I worked at is not responding for my request for proof of work experience.
I actually have 2 year experience and want to apply for Federal Skilled Trades Class.
I worked for company-1 for 7month, company-2 for 13months, company-3 for 8 months.
But company-3 can't help me with my proof of work experience, is there any other way around I can prove this work experience such as Record of Employment?, T4?, employment contract papers that I signed?, the job posting on the website?

Get a colleague to write your reference letter in plain paper and notarize it.

Include his/her business card if possible.

How about....."Can I get 50 points in CEC?", NOTthe Fedederal Skilled Trades Class?

The 50 points is for your EE CRS score, not any specific class. Yes, you can get the points.

Yes. No guarantees, but you're not the first person to struggle with this.

1) Write a letter of explanation about your efforts to get a letter from this employer and their response (include written proof if you have it). Include contact information for HR or whomoever will verify the fact of your employment.
2) Get an "unofficial" letter from a supervisor / colleague.
3) For your employment records, include the ROE, contract, and job description along with the T4
.
