Why don't you try and improve your IELTS? BTW what's your test score?
Already appears 3 times :(
Now trying my luck for the 4th time on 29th July, let's see
Got overall 7 band (LRWS 6.5/6/6.5/8.5)
Help related with regards to achieving clb9 or 10 would be highly appreciated, thnx.

Regarding the reading, here are some valuable tips:

Specially this: Don’t start reading the text before looking at the tasks.

Only way to know if there is someone to confirm that there were no NOIs sent by Ontario after June 6th till now. I am waiting for ECA for my masters and hopefully dont need the PNP.

best of luck :)
Sorry, kids. Can confirm the opposite - I got one afterward. But my score is pretty high, so...

My CRS is 411. I don't really want to go to Ontario but if the CRS score doesn't drop due to the gap in draws and 6th of June changes then I was thinking of keeping Ontario as backup. That way, it would at least give me an opportunity to enter Canada. What do you suggest?
You have time, wait 2 draws, then decide! At least it's my point of view!

I think you have no business coming here JUST NOW to this thread and pointing finger at one of our nicest member. So you back down. Andie has all her right to point out what she said in relation to OINP as so your friend. But pointing fingers on behalf of other is so not very welcome here!!!
Thank you for the support! Big LIKE! ;)

I completely agree on the draw part, at least twice a month. Maybe thrice would be awesome. However sex twice a month is pretty low. Maybe twice a week is reasonable. That's just me though lol.
Hahaha! :) This thread is getting more interesting by the minute! I am wondering what will be talking about if today/tomorrow (depending when you read this) THE draw doesn't happen! :D

According to analysis of CIC data they are short with 30,000 applications for PR overall. Despite the increase in ITA and decrease in scores they still have significantly failed to meet targets and PR applications are much lower as compare to the comparative periods of the last 2 Years.

Looking into these factors CIC decided to give extra points and relaxing some of its regulations.

Taking this into account in order to meet their targets either they will have to increase ITA's or relax rules for those already in Canada. In both cases I don't feel CRS can go up for a long period. Therefore, we can expect back to back draws in upcoming months and pushing scores down. The mean calculated by immigration specialists suggests the threshold score to be 384, and CRS may come down to this level by the end of this year.

Someone asked a question that if OINP pressurise CIC to move score Up. The simple answer is NO, they are controlled by the Federal State and are required to follow CIC standards and guidelines. Anything related to PR is on the discreation of CIC only.

Finally, I am not active in this thread due to lack of data available at the moment. Once we have latest draw, I will be in a better position to predict scores.

Good Luck to all!
Thank you for sharing your wisdom! And thank you for reality check! We are going a bit crazy here without a draw taking place! :D

I completely agree with you...
I've had opportunity to try out all except blue label ..and some other scotch too...all in the affordable range around 12yr matured...I like Green label and liked double black and even black too...
Jameson's felt milder....anyway I'm not much of a regular...not that I don't want...;)...kept aside my tastes for times when I have the right company....:p..and place ...
I too like scotch....a lot more than brandies....& Jameson's was an affordable experiment & I liked it...another favorite I Maker's Mark from US bourbon...:p...
--
and all the white rum too.. Bacardi & Smirnoff vodka...I like them all:)...
we should set up a pub someplace and every evening throw ourselves a nice party...all of the ROH 66 alumni....:D
You both sound so scientific, I would appreciate if you could organize scotch, brandy, whiskey tastings and a cab for a drive home afterwards! :D

Good to hear that, but the million dollar (Canadian :D) question is not if the CRS will drop below a threshold of 410 or 400 or 390, but when:confused:?
