My husband applied for my spouse visa from Canada and I am presently in India.

And has your file been transferred to NDVO or is it still in CPC Mississauga

How would I know where is my file right now??? As it's updated file received on 15 March 2017. And medical received in April,after that nothing has been updated so far...... So can u tell me what's the next step and how much more time it will take???

I can't tell you how much time it will take, no one can.

Did you apply with the new application process?

You should get an email about file transfer when it has been sent to the Visa Office for processing. Have you received that? For example, we got an email saying our file was sent to the London Visa Office after we had submitted medical, Schedule A, and police checks to the case processing center in Mississauga, ON.

Your file will be sent to the Visa Office (if it's not there already) and they will get to work on background check etc. Processing times are 12months for 80% of cases so you're still early yet. We are also outland March applicants. I suggest checking the NDVO to see how long they are taking to process files.
