Hello everyone! I am sponsoring my spouse from Turkey. We just Applied on June 12, 2017 Mannitoba received the file. We are doing it through the lawyer. I was wandering how fast is the process from Ankara, Turkey? Do you guys wait a lot. What are the difficulties that you encountered?

Well my spouse is from Georgia (Tbilisi), and I am from Manitoba we are dealing with Ankara v/o. Our application next month will be one year since we applied. But I know for Turkish citizens things are going much faster. Good luck to you.

We applied in June. Spouse was born in Germany but Turkish. Sponsor was born in Kazakhstan, permanently lives in Canada.

I got new GCnotes and my assignment due date is 13 Aug. Screening still in process. Two people from telegram got DM. One form Feb 2016 and one from Feb 2017 both sponsoring husbands. Also I got all the Ankara data about number of PR3s issued. I can email it to you if you left me your email.

yes one was 16 month and the other one 4 months. The 4 months case was also husband applicant and he did military as well. It is all case by case

My previouse one was march 24th but nothing happened. The new one is Aug 13th. I sent you the email. It shows 705 Iranians got PR from Ankara in 2016 and 400 so far in 2017.

This is really ridiculous that we have to wait for such a long time and some other people get their visa withing a very short period of time. I'm happy to hear that some people's case is processed quickly but I feel like the rest of us have been forgotten and nobody cares about us! I'm pretty sure a stupid mistake has happened in Ankara or CSIS! These people have no idea what the hell they are doing and how they are playing with our life!

No one cares. They know from 2017 processing time is 12 months, so they work really fast. But 2016 applicants they can play with average processing time which can be 15-20 months.
