Hello everyone,
I'm in a hard situation now. I applied to a masters program in canada last year; and a few months back I booked a hotel, concert and some others activities in Toronto for this july to spend holidays. In the case I weren't accepted, I was just planned to go to Toronto as a visitor since I already have a visitor visa.
However In late may I got the acceptance letter from the university since I was waitlisted, I started the application online in my home country but I'm worried about not getting the visa by july.
I'm wondering if it is possible to enter Canada as a visitor, then send the passport by mail overseas to get the visa stamped.
Or what other options can I use to not to lose my holidays plan.
If this is worth to mention, I am from colombia and my application visa is going on there.
