US PCC Credit Card Form

Dear All,

I have sent FD-258 for my wife and myself in the same package. I have used one credit card form for a payment of $36 for PCC clearance. Is that okay? Or did I have to use two separate credit card forms? I have also left the Applicant's Name field blank.

Not to be a pooper but it could pose a problem given that the first field on the CC form was Applicant Name. If you only provided one form at 36$, that could mean you are providing the incorrect amount for one applicant. I just used a money order to alleviate all that stress, 100% guaranteed, and convenient.

For US PCC, we did two separate CC forms and sent in two separate packages for myself and for my wife to avoid further delays as processing time is a lot as discussed in forums.

1. Can we verify that the money order has been cashed or not ? Actually I forgot to sign the money order though have written my complete name and address. Will that pose a problem.
2. Is there any faster way of getting the FBI PCC like chaneller or expedited service available. As I don't have much time left to submit the application.

Any help/informaton is appreciated.

1. Of course, anything unsigned cannot be cashed.
2. If you are a US Citizen/PR then there is a way: you can use an approved FBI-3rd party channeler.

I just googled this image up.. but yeah this is someone's identity so deleting it.
