MAY 2017 Citizenship Applicants

Hello Everyone
Regarding documents copies, PR, Health Card, Biographic data in passport, Driving licence, Ontario card...etc
Do IRCC accept/ prefer black and white or coloured photocopy?
Waiting for response from people who already applied?
I am going to apply next week

I applied with colour as well but there is no requirement as such to do so.

I applied with color copies. There is no rule for color copies only. You can apply with Black and white too.

I just got off the phone with a cic officer. He confirmed that they are the 17 of May with the AOR.
So with the pple that applied on 1st and 2nd weeks of May who have not recived the Aor yet and are on the spreadsheet whatsup with them?

I checked with CIC yesterday and they said the same thing to me. I am also wondering whether the applicants of first two weeks are not updating their status or their applicants have been sent back to them??

Absolutely Nonoo in another thread for another month i have seen them add a line for fingerprint request and another line for app returned that would have helped abit.

I will be completing my 4 years shortly and am preparing my application for citizenship. Does anyone know if the language requirements are sufficiently met by having an O and A levels completed with English as one of the subjects?
Also, my wife has completed one of the bridging programs from Access with Sheridan. Does her certificate also qualify as exemption for language test?
Would appreciate any guidance.. Thanks.

Indeed its frustrating. I think the applications that were received after May 10, hopefully will receive their AOR by next week. But in the spreadsheet there are three applicants of May 1st and three applicants of May 3rd, 4th and 5th. what happen to those???

Days of presence in Cad: 1,520

Also, I have a question regarding not including N/A in the application, I didn't include N/A in the following fields:
1.B as the answer is No
2. as the answer is No
5.B as the mailing address is the same
5.C Home and work phone
6.F as the answer is no

Do you think based on the above the application will be sent back to me for missing info?

Hi..For You..was the language of instruction English? Is there a certificate /degree/transcript you have in English? Did you and your wife ever write any test- TOEFL, IELTS etc before coming to Canada? Coz you can use thoae results too I think..

Hi..as far as I know..among the May applicants only 1 of us got their application back for that reason but I think that was before it was even in process.. Quite a number of us did not put NA in our application but we haven't heard back from them so far. I'm hoping we'll know if and when anybody does get their app returned for that reason.. We will just have to wait..

Your info has been updated. The returned applications don't get to the stage of AOR. Since your application is already in process, you should hopefully receive your test invite soon
