London visa office

I apply to sponsor my spouse in Norway on November 2016. After 3 weeks Mississauga office request medical exam and police certificate. My spouse mail the police certificate on December. After one week they sent us email it shows they started his process and they transfer his application to London visa office. After 6 month, there is no update even nothing about medical exam. I contact MP office and they give me update on my file. That's Mississauga office didn't receive police certificate. When I contact them they said :" we can not help you, you're application in london" and then they email me London office info. The problem how can I contact them no direct number at all and the website is not helpfully at all.

These days Lvo is working on November 2016 application so no need to worry at
all. You can reach LVO visa email or case specific enquiry.

Yes. My husband invited to interview in london last month on 24 of August. Still now waiting for result

I went to MP office in Edmonton on May and they gave me update on my application( thats it). We didn't contact london visa office
After 4 month they contact my spouse and ask him to confirm if he will come to the interview or not
