Schedule A... can I mail it in?

We received a request to submit Schedule A for my step-daughter... we never received an e-mail to link the account. Does anyone know if we can just mail it in?

Yes you can mail it. Make sure to physically sign it along with the written name and make a cover letter with all your app number and uci and write an explanation why you sent it by mail. Goodluck.

Yes you can. I mailed mine in and had no issues. Did let them know in a brief letter why i mailed it.
