Does your ECAS say in process for the PA? Have you got a background check in process in your GC key? If yes then you close to a PPR.

my wife got medical request she will go for medical next week and this is not last step she has to do schadual A as well but my question is how long it take after medical and schedual A ..

There is no definite time line. From this Forum only you can see that who all people are getting PPR and when they have sent their application. It also depends on what is your local visa office. From you profile it seems that you are from India so, for NDVO is processing the November-December batch people and they are getting their PPR this month. Also, I read in this forum only that January 17' people have got the communication from CIC to expect any result in the PR in August 17'. So sit tight and have patience till 7-8 months,.

When should i expect any Sch. A or Medical email or any update in my online account ?

If you just received AOR then give 24-48 hours also they are having some major glitch in their cic online portal so that could the problem as well. Also when u link the application, try to leave passport information field blank, fill out everything else & give a try. I had the same problem when I got my AOR but eventually it got linked so worries it will work
