Job Offer point in EE

Hi All,

I need few insights on a query for EE that I have:

I am a spouse of an International student and currently on 'Open Work Permit' in Canada.
I am working in NOC A full time permanent job.
My employer is ready to give a written note that the employment will be intact for atleast one year after getting PR.
In this case, can I claim the '50 points' of Job offer without LMIA.

No, that does not constitute a valid job offer.

No, unfortunately. With your type of work permit, your employer would need to obtain an LMIA for the job offer to be valid.
