To those, who are experiencing the following or similar issues with the CIC online access:
- No messages appear in my account
- Medical exam and documents are requested, but I can't find any further information/messages
- Login issues
- General communication with CIC

CIC posted the following message on their website:
"Our Online services are currently experiencing delays. We are working to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience."

I guess we all just need to wait

likely means you have been approved as a sponsor, so yes

Do you think it is applicable for AOR emails as well ?

Guys this wait is sweet poison...
Tried calling CIC early morning 8 am, no luck.
requested medical still in gc key but no messages.
New thing is when i checked my ecas that is using sponsor uci, i now see decision made for sponsor application, which i guess is that they may be SA.
But still lack of email communication by CIC, the only thing bothering me is this was to happen during our turns.

I applied on April 27th, got a text msg saying our application was received on May 3rd.. However we have not received any communication post that.. NO AOR so far.. But I see in this thread that even may 11th recipients also received AORs..

Now all the info I have is my sponsors UCI since he is already a PR.. and my personal details ..

Is there a way apart from calling CIC, to know what could be our status ? Which portal can help me ?

Not even received our application back, so assuming our application is full.

Quite possible. I think not only their internal communication, but also external communication system is having technical issues.

i think you should call, there is really no other way to find out...are you able to?

where did you receive the med. Request? Is it on your cic account?

I used a representative on my application... i think she can see more detailed msgs coming from them, cuz till now when i checked it says they have sent correspondence. But accdg.to my rep. Theyve been waiting for schedule A since i got approved as a sponsor

Yes there is, type in google search ecas cic and on 0age use credentials of sponsor uci last name and dob, you will log into his account and see sponsorship details as well if they have accepted tje file. I am 200 perc sure about this works.

When did you receive the sponsorship approval? Did they also send you an email saying so?

No , I'm out of Canada can I call ? My sponsor can't as he is out on a business trip..

But even if I call what will I refer to ? I don't have an application number nothing, except the text message I received with no reference number
