I had 3 different job roles in the same company over a period of many years. Out of the 3 job roles, I'm claiming points only for 2. My company wrote only one reference letter and included all 3.
So my point is, it doesn't matter whether you've one letter or 2 separate letters, as long as the reference letter(s) follows IRCC's guidelines.
