According to my calculation, if draw happens today, CRS would be 406 (+-2) with 3600+ ITAs.
If in case of ITAs 3800+, the CRS would be around 402 (+-1).

Let's hope for the best and wonderful surprise by CIC.

I am also facing same problem. waiting at 405, it is really nerve stretching time. If have to go with OINP, even their system is not working since last 2 days. lets hope to have some positive outcome in next draw . Any piece of advice friends? Should I wait for Draw or move on with NOI (CRS : 405)

Oinp has stopped taking registrations. Looks like program is closes

Yes. It's true. But you are talking about the draw which was on 26th may. This score is for PNP candidates.
For FSW, everyone is hoping a draw today. Let's see, will cic surprise us with a draw or not.

Depends on the individual's CRS score. Some members have been waiting since 2015, and still haven't received an ITA. Patience is the keyword.

Document Size & File Format - All documents should be uploaded as PDF not more than 4MB, except for digital photo which should be in JPEG format and not less than 60KB. For each placeholder, it should be one PDF. If you have multiple pages, merge them into one PDF for each placeholder. If the file size exceeds 4MB, scan the documents with scanner settings at 100 dpi or less but ensure that the files are legible. You can also use online tools like Small PDF to compress, merge and split PDFs etc (https://smallpdf.com/).

Never upload any important documents in online tool.

You can download free software available in below link. This software can convert JPG image to PDF and also can merge multiple images in one single PDF.

After the ITA is received, and while the documents are to be uploaded:

• What must the minimum resolution of document scans be in DPI?
• The document should be readable. File size < 4MB
• Can the documents be uploaded in image file format (like jpeg, png, gif, etc.) or only pdf is acceptable?
• PDF . Photo JPG
• If only pdf is acceptable, how do we retain the DPI of the source image scans?
• The document should be readable
