Who shlould be included in Generic Application Form for Canada

I hope somebody can help me. I am doing for my parents the sponsorship application.

My question is:
I included my parents (they accompany to canada) In the generic application, should I asswell include my 2 brothers 22 years and 16 years ( not accompany to canada)? If yes, under add dependant?

Hi

The 16 year old must still be included as a dependent even if he is not coming to Canada. Why is he not immigrating?

The 22 year old is not a dependent and therefore is not included in the app.
