Need an assistance to put a differ for sep-intake ..

Hai Guys,
After a long struggle i got my visa in the third attempt.i couldn't even hold my happiness for at least 3 days.After landing in canada college people not allowed me to the classes bcz of late arrival and they asked me to put a differ for sep which i said yes for that..ones after my decision made college asked me to leave the country right away if not my stay in canada will be illegal ..
so i was suggested by one of my friends that i can apply for visitors visa till september..
My question is if it is good to apply for visitors visa is there any chance that VO can Denali my visa ..?
Is that real my stay in canada is legal..?
So guys please share your opinions here it will be great help for me

Visitor's visa would not fit, will complicate things more. Your stay may be illegal, there is a possibility (not your fault though)

Can you get it in written from your college that they are advising you to leave? That would at least make things smoother for you in the next round.

I would suggest to follow what your college is advising, to avoid future complications.

So putting aside the study permit question what visa did you travel on to get to the country in the first place ?
