Two Citizenship Applications

I am wondering if any one has got any idea. I have already applied on May 18, 2017 and as many people have suggested Bill C-6 is coming very soon which will change time line to 3 years. Can we also apply under new bill if we have already applied before. I mean which ever application goes in process first we withdraw the other one. I did the same thing when I applied for PR. I applied twice and withdrew my old application. Any idea any one ? Thanks

Your current application will go in process probably long before C-6 comes into effect.....

Actually I am . Right now applications are processed fairly fast. Also what might happen once C-6 comes into effect there probably will be an influx of applications thus increasing processing time.

I am sure you will be fine with your application!

My process is already completed. I applied June 30, 2016 and my oath date was December 1st, 2016.....5 months in total.

Many congrats...I am surprised you are still on this forum...are you just helping people ? its nice of you

Yes I like to offer some sort of help if I can. Also so many on here have helped me through the times when I was getting anxious and answered all my questions. It was an important journey for me to finally apply for my citizenship and I think many go through the same.....once you applied it can be very challenging to be patient - I know I had a hard time with that and thanks to all the members here it will be a lifetime great memory!
