Better request for CAIPS, detelyado mu talaga mlalaman kung bakit ka narefused para ma address mo un pag nag re-apply ka.

CAIPS SUMMARY of REFUSAL

Applying to TAke Post-Deg Diploma in Biz Admin, 2 yrs. LOA indicates 16 week practicum. Sister to cover costs. I note modest annual income for declared employment of PA - PHP340K. Own funds/savings of PA low - bank balance of PHP226k shows ave. daily balance of PHP11k, I note limited travel history - Asia. PA is married, has 2 dep children. Spouse applying for open WP. Study plan seen. Unclear why PA is taking program at this time or why a similar program would not have been pursued until this time locally or regionally at less cost and higher convenience given the costs. While PA presents related educ (Biz Admin, 2002), it is unclear how program of study is relevant to PA's declared work experience (customer service rep). I note PA has not had any further educ taken since 2002. Presents weak econ ties to the home country, to compel departure from Canada after a period of stay. Appl refused. Appln of spouse is also refused.

OMG sana naman ma approved ako this time.. masakit kc mareject..

Pero ang reasons ko sa first rejection ko are the following;

Travel history- although i travelled to italy, france, canada, singapore, thailand and oman
Purpose of visit- siguro kc i did not pay first tuition fee, which now i did on my second application
Current employment situation-
And not a bonafide student that will return to home country.

Travel history - medyo naguluhan ako dun sa Travel history bakit nasa refusal grounds kahit nag travel ka na s malakasang bansa, nakapag Travel na din kasi ako Georgia, Armenia, Thailand, Czech, Italy and ngayun june aalis ulit ako Netherlands, France, Spain, Switz, Germany. Panu mo inaddress sa second SOP mo yun travel history mo baka pwede ko maidagdag na sa SOP na gagawin ko ngayun.

Anu anu yun mga mistakes mo sa una application na inaddress mo sa 2nd application mo? Para heads up sa lahat lalo sa mga OFW applicants.

Naku sna nga higher yung chance ntn ma approve, kc first application ko wla pa 2 weeks denied agad. Pero etong 2nd ko 5 weeks na kht medical di pa dn nagpalit status. Upfront namn medical ko

Maraming maraming salamat sa reply... na appreciate ko sobra... Bait ni God tlga... sobrang tuwa ko.... naka 2nd try kasi ako mag apply ng student visa.... ito pla timeline ko:

Last week of Nov 2016 - submitted my application (1st try)
Jan 2017 - Canadian embassy asked me to undergo medical exam with all the vaccines
Jan 2017 - application refused
Last week of March 2017 - submitted my application (2nd try)
May 2017 - got my passport with a visa

sure... ung SOP ko is 3 pages in paragraph form... stated my educational background... travel history... financial capability and the likes..... pero on my second and third page... dun ko na nilagay ung mga mga answers ko sa mga questions na... 1. Why do i have to study in Canada 2. Why Canada 3. What will I gain after my study 4. Why will I leave Canada after my study 5. What job opportunities for me in the Philippines after my study in Canada.

Just answer those questions... your answers should convince you in order to convince the VO... btw, my current job may not be related in my course na kukunin ko pero graduate ako ng nurse and my trainings ako sa st. lukes, philippine red cross and other activites related sa healthcare kaya i guess nakatulong cya sa application ko...

Nag focus ako dun sa sop na ma convince silang bblik ako ng doha kasi andto family ko tska fiance ko then nag attached ako letter from my employer na gina guarantee nila bblik ako after my studies , cnbi ko dn hnd ma cacancel ang visa ko pero dpt sa christmas break bumlik ako sa qatar . Cnbi ko dn need ko lang ng refresher course para mkpg transfer ako sa nursing dept ng hosp na pnapasukan ko. Sa end ng sop ko cnbi ko dn sna na satisfied ko cla n bonafied student ako kasi un nman tlg ang intention ko tlg at hnd ko kayang mg stay sa canada ng more than 1 yr dhl wla akong kamag anak doon. Hindi Ako masyado mkpg advise kasi d pa approve yung 2nd application ko pero para sakin mgnda tlg mg CAIPS pero pwede dn focus k mismo sa grounds of refusal mo lang na sinbi nila mging straight to the point ka at sgutin mo mismo un.

Si @Floje kasi naalala ko kinabukasan nag reapply tapos 11 days lang approved agad. Pero ayun nga, si floje ay si floje iba naman ako hahaha
