Apply for NOC 2281 with irrelevant bachelor

Hello everybody,

I'm a newbie. I graduated with Telecommunication bachelor and have been working as a Telecom software tester for 6 years. I do not have any network certificate (CCNA or CCNP).
1. Can I apply for NOC 2281 with my background? The reason why I want to apply for NOC 2281 because I see NOC 2281 usually stay in the demand list of some provinces. The reference letter will not be a big challenge for me because my manager can help me, and my company has the IT department.
2. How can the officer verify your NOC?
3. Can I change my NOC after submitting to IRCC?

Is 2283 not a better fit though for sw tester ? Classified as Noc B same as 2281. Depends i guess how honest you want to be with matching your job responsibilities.

Thanks for your response. The reason is I want to apply PnP for Nova with 2281. Do you know whether IRCC requires network certificates, like ccna or ccnp ?
