I agree with that. It is better to keep the hope and thoughts realistic. It isn't going 400 in today's draw. The following draw, probably yes! or if we have consecutive draws, it can go down even further and breach the 400 wall just like we had once 450 wall.

just now I have updated my IELTS result when I found out my agent has not done it even when I told him to on saturday! I am so worried now will I able to receive ITA if the draw happens today and cut off is below 416?

All you can do right now is pray! The changes take 24 hours to reflect. If your profile is submitted before that, you are good otherwise, up for the next draw.

Are you able to access your profile even if a representative is handling your application? How can we link the profile in MyCic

Update takes up to 24 hrs but I have updated my profile many times and the longest was only 2 hrs. Even when I re-created my profile, it only took one hour to activate it.

Hopefully your profile will be updated before the draw today, if there is.

Sorry guys i know this is not the thread for my question. Unfortunately, i didn't get any attention at all for my query in the sticky thread, hence the copy and paste, lol.

I recently recreated my express entry profile. I am confused with one thing in the profile. If any experienced members can clarify my confusion, that would be of great help. I applied for permanent residency back in 2014. First it was returned to me because of incompleteness. I gathered the required documents and re-applied the same year. Unfortunately by then quota was filled and my documents were returned again.

Now my question is, in the section has this person applied or got rejected for visa before, what should i mention. If i say no, i did apply for the PR, however if i say yes, i do not have UCI number because my application was not processed, there was only initial screening.

So what should i mention, say yes and leave the UCI section blank and include LoE after i get the ITA or i leave it No like it is. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Don't loose hopes, there might be a chances because most of them are saying it will go upto 400 and might even lesser so relax ... Let's wait for the result .... Kepp ur fingers crossed

to be on a safer note, just keep the money in your account , not as FD , because u wont be able to withdraw cash from money for some restricted time correct?

6 month FD is fine, any FD other than the 5 years Tax Saver can be liquidated instantly. So 6 month FD is as good as liquid cash.

Yes understood. il be arranging for a gift deed and other relevant affidavits. my question is whether a 6 month FD is too long as cash is not liquid for 6 months, or should i just go for a 3 month FD?

FD is accepted as POF, just need to make sure that the FD statement shows that it can be withdrawn at any time

It will update and shows as transmitted in couple of hours but the score will take time to update

Ohh..well, I never updated my profile that will affect the CRS.
