nope its not like that!

Nope. There is only one way in and out to the express entry profile and that is CIC portal. And there is no such thing as mass login or bulk update, profile linking or anything like that. I wonder what your consultant has been telling you for all this time?

By the recent upsurge in New Profiles and the Draw Trends, and the time lapse from the last draw, my guesstimate is between 430-435 for the next draw but CIC will do another a week later and bring it down to 420ish!

Yes. Maybe after 3-4 draws it can reach there hopefully.

I don't think so. There is usually a CRS increase if next draw didn't happen in 14 days. If there will be a draw today, which is likely to happen, CRS will be at 413-415 range.
