Can My brother Sponsor me

Hello,

My brother has Canadian PR, but he lives in USA, he visit Canada for official work, but has not stayed in Canada.

Financial, Job wise and other criteria are fulfilled. He has not sponsor any one either.

My question is can he sponsor me?

Are u an orphan and is he unmarried?

Probably not.

If he has a partner or a parent alive anywhere in the world, he cannot sponsor you. (And if he doesn't have a Canadian partner and lives in the USA, his own PR status has an expiry date on it).

He is unmarried , nop m not orphan.

He is my elder brother. yes my parent are there.

While he lives in the USA, he can't sponsor anyone because he is a PR, not a citizen.
