Applying for Dubai Police Clearance Certificate Online

Hi Guys,
I have a finger print form authenticated and legalized by UAE Embassy in Ottawa. I am going to send it to UAE but unfortunately I have no connection in there any more. I just found that there is a link on the Dubai Police website for applying for PCC online. Has anybody applied for UAE PCC online?

Yes, I did it and it is quite easy and they send it by email. In some cases though, they ask you to visit a police station just for proving identity (not always the case).

Could you explain more you how obtain your PCC online?
In Dubai Police website, there is no place for uploading finger print form. You can only upload personal photo, passport photocopy and previous residency photocopy. Does it mean they don't need our finger prints?
How did you pay for their service? Is it possible to pay it by credit card online?
Do you remember how long took them to process your PCC?

Why do you need fingerprints. A PCC doesnt require that. you can apply on the following website and pay online: https://www.dubaipolice.gov.ae/dp/jsps/services/good_conduct_certificate_request.do?switchLanguage=en

You will get by email 3-5 working days.

Well I am having same problem. I tried to do it online and if someone lives outside UAE, should have fingerprints provided. Unfortunately they are asking for Emirates ID, which was not in the service the time i lived there. Could you please provide more info. because the link you provided is no longer available. I never ended up using online website for applying PCC of UAE, because I heard it is not efficient process at all as it may take very long time for processing and issuing the PCC. The better way is to find somebody in UAE who would do the work for some money. You need to get your finger print in some Notary public in your town and send it to Ottawa for validation by Canadian foreign ministry and UAE embassy, then you mail the stamped finger print form to UAE and your agent should take it to a police station and ask for PCC on your behalf. It is very tedious process but as far as I know it is the only possible way

As a most recent experience holder - i would say avoid applying online. Despite having all documents - it was a nightmare. Plus only UAE cards work for online payments. Your best bet would be approaching someone whom you even remotely know to approach the police on your behalf. This process is the quickest. Let me know if you need additional information.

The told me is going to take 5 working days but more than 3 weeks have passed already since I applied. I am very concerned now because I need this certificate as a mandatory requirement for my employment.
My employers are pressing me now to give them the certificate but I do not know what to do because dubai police is not answering my emails.

Can you tell me where you are based out of at the moment? I got my certificate after 2 months that too after a friend visited Dubai Police HQ. I thought you were applying for PR and hence needed PCC.

Yes you can do it online or via the app, but fingerprints need to be done prior , and only issued for residents. Call them, very helpful.

Try calling them. Their number is +971 4 609 6829 , +971 4 201 3430.

If you have any friend(s) in UAE whom you might have worked with etc. etc., they are your best bet in getting the certificate.

Hey guys i need your help my fingerprints is already attested by UAE EMBASSY OTTAWA. And i dont have anyone in dubai who i can send it and i did in dubai website also i did everything properly ut when it came to payment point I couldn’t do it. I live in Canada and i dont have any dubai debit or credit card

I received my UAE PCC in 2 days by applying online on dubai police govt. Website. You just need to give your emirates id no, upload a passport size photo and first page of passport.
Also, they charge AED 320 for this service which can be paid from any card with international banking services activated.
