I got my full hearing Nov 24 2016 and I also filed it in March 2016. I did it in Toronto, it took 8 months as well.

Did anyone get ADR date or full hearing date recently? I have filed appeal in March 2016 and haven't heard anything after the Blue book. Any information will be appreciated.

1. We shifted to Europe from India so we need to transfer the file from New Delhi to Europe (What is the Process)?
2. Me and My wife living together in Europe now so how can we show intent to Return to Canada?

I called IAD toronto today and they said they are scheduling hearing up to 2017 march now. I filed my appeal in June 2016, the lady said my hearing should be sometime in 2017 after march but no date has been set yet. I think you should contact IAD and do an inquiry about your hearing.

it depends ... for us it took about a month to go from security check status to RFV (ready for visa). If you have a background check that will take much longer.

Guys i was refused on Aug 26th we appealed on sept 10th immediately in 15 days i got a letter to submit documents for them to decide so we sent documents related against our refusal to iad and minister councel they told minister councel wil write us back in 28 days now its more than 30 days we got our bluebook which again says submit doucuments. Pls help i dropped our lawyer also since he dint help us much

I don't know about this whole process. I just heard that background check takes a lot of time. I just did a search for "background check" on google. There is some info there.
