Education finish date

Hi All,

Just wanted to know for the EE profile, should i put my degree end dates when i achieved my qualification or when i finished the course?

Eg: I finished my Degree courses in December 2013 but i was awarded my Degree in July 2014, so should i put December 2013 or July 2014?
