LMIA Exempt Work Permit

I have recently been given a BC Provincial Nominee certificate and an LMIA exempt Work Permit Support Letter. I want to apply for a work permit to begin work as soon as possible. Will this be considered a Temporary or Permanent work permit? The job offer I have is permanent but I am still waiting for my ITA through Express Entry for Permanent Residency.
Any advice on this specific work visa would be great. I think I am eligible for the International Mobility Program

There is no such thing as "Permanent work permit". All work permits are given to limited period of time. Person who have been issued work permit is considered as temporary resident. However there is no limitations on "type" of job offer you can accept. You can work on permanent position on work permit.

Applied from Lagos, Nigeria on 31st May till now the status showing submitted and completed Biometrics June 3rd. I am Indian but working in Nigeria. Can you please advise me how long will take time to get approval.

It's 17 weeks in India I don't know about Nigeria
