Hello,

We are running a small IT company in Armenia, and interested in opening branches in Canada (and Germany). Almost all our clients are from USA, Canada, Norway, Germany.
By saying me I mean myself and my partner. I'm specialized in IT, and my partner is running few businesses in Armenia (Company, shops, import of goods and so on).

I haven't been to Canada, and I do not know how things work. I have been to Norway for a long time, and I know that things much easier in Europe.
Thus, I would like to get some tips to get inside, such as: how to apply, what's the restrictions and so on. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Hi,

I am in a similar situation and interested in knowing if you moved further with expanding your footprint in Canada. Let me know if there is any good lawyer who can assist in this..

Did you finally open your branch here? I think if the answer is yes, you might want to share a little bit about how you get to this point.
