about CDI college

Hi frnds,
I am from Bangladesh. I am intending to diploma in CDI college, Canada. Though it's a private college, is there any probem to get visa regarding this college issue?
I also want to that the diploma course is for one year and they will give me 2/3 years work permit. is there any possibility to face difficulty to get P.R owing to this college?
if any one have any idea about this college pls help me to short out this metter?

It's a horrible school and there's certainly a decent chance you won't qualify for a PGWP. It also has a bad reputation with employers so you can expect you'll have trouble finding a job after you graduate (which means you'll probably have trouble qualifying for PR). If you're going to come all the way to Canada to study, stay away from private colleges like this one and attend a public college instead (or even better, a university).

Note that CDI is not the one that gives you the work permit - it's CIC. So what CDI says about the PGWP really doesn't matter.

Yes - definitely a problem. It's a private college - so you will not qualify for a PGWP.

You will not get work permit for this school, you need to find a school on this list that has YES in PGWP column.

If you are in Canada already you need to switch schools.

Also there is no way to get 2/3 year permit after studying 1 year anywhere. You need to study for at least 2 years to get 3 year PGWP.

Yes, but obviously you need to get admission to one of their programs.

Don't go to CDI, you won't qualify for work permit. I was thinking of applying to CDI as well then found getting PGWP after is difficult.

As mentioned in all the replies in this thread (I assuming you looked), you will NOT get a work permit after your studies as it is a private college. Also, it has a bad reputation, so there are your answers.
