Hi Folks,
i just login mycic and checked my submitted/transmitted forms just double of any missing item require CSE.
However, i didn't find any data in personal history for myself and spouse. i reckon, there other forms data might also have been disappeared?

is it normal?
I had a similar situation. However, in my case, when I logged out and logged in, everything was back t normal. Double check if this is the case, if not, inform them immediately.

Hope it works out well for you,

Kind regards.

Hi There,

Thanks for doing an awesome job in sharing your experiences with everyone. It helps a LOT.

I also needed an expert advice on my profile. When I submitted my profile, I was asked to submit a document for Means of Financial Support. I uploaded a document with my last 4 months bank statements, pay stubs, CRA tax returns and credit card balance.

However, i realized after submission of the profile that I should have submitted one document from my bank indicating my current balance and avg balance for last 6 months.

My concern is should I upload this new document through case specific inquiry (or if any other better way please suggest) or wait to see if immigration officer asks me for the document. I don't want to go through the rejection process.

Any advice is appreciated.

My details are:

Working in Canada for >1 year, did my masters in Canada.

Invitation received: March 1,2016 - Canadian Experience Class, Points: 507
Profile submitted: March 28,2016
Online transfer of application: March 28,2016
Review of Medical: Passed - April 10

Current status:
Application status: Open
Review of eligibility: In progress
Review of medical test: Passed
Review of submitted docs: No additional docs needed
Scheduling interview: Not needed at this time
A background check: In progress
Final decision: not started

Do nothing. CEC applicants are exempted from POF requirements.

Guys I have a query regarding "possible rejection". I have recently completed my profile and I am at 450 and 'should' go up to 460 by 1st week May when my spouse's ECA comes through.

I am in the middle to changing jobs and there might be a period of 15-20 days where I am unemployed. Assuming I get an ITA - can I be rejected at a later stage if I do not have a job while submitting my application?

Other stats: Work Ex = 5+ Years so I am clearly eligible. I am a FSW Outland Candidate (No PNP, No Job in Canada).

Thanks for your replies.

FSW eligibility does not require continue job....as long as you have enough experience in your field (NOC O,A,B) then it will be fine if you don't have job during and after submitting application.

Just wanted to let everybody know that I finally got my PPR approval and passport request.
I almost got rejected because of NOC duties (saw it in my GCMS and posted about it in January) and with some of your suggestions I submitted new letters and some further detailed info, and it has definitely worked.

I am waiting for OINP now, probably need to change my status to Visitor later due to the process time of OINP. I was wondering if unemployment would affect the final decision of EE? I am an inland CEC via OINP. If I get nominated by OINP, am I a CEC or PNP for EE? Do I still need POF? Thanks

You should have ordered GCMS notes at maybe your 3 months mark, waste no time further and order ASAP! You get the advantage of addressing any errors in your submitted application when you receive GCMS notes instead of just waiting and not knowing what is going on. I applied for mine barely two weeks after AOR because I like to be informed of what's going on and so I can address any doubts the agents processing my application might have, my case is unique though because I got PPR 3days after receiving GCMS notes but still you should order yours now.

Congrats! So happy for you. Please can you share what trouble you had with your NOC. I ask since I also have the same NOC (1111), and I am about to submit my application, maybe it will help. Thanks!

Many Congtras Dear,
I am in the queue and suspecting rejection due to reference letters. i provide 2 letters, previous one and current job. i did a mistake in previous company letter.

Actually, after nomination, before submitting PR, i got my reference letters revised from both companies, i re-wrote the same duties but manipulated some words in order to make it aligned with intended NOC. Later NOC team verified and feedback OK. So, i shared the same with CIC.

Problem: In previous company letter, i stayed on multiple positions, the start and end time of of these positions don't match with the what i provided to SINP at the time of nomination. Overall Start/End time is same in both (sinp and CIC)

Do you thing that it may cause failure, if yes, should i sent CSE letter with revised start/end time as same as was in SINP? if i do this, then VO may think of it which one is correct of both in correct, or i should let it to be as it?

any solution of this issue?
