Thanks for your kind reply.
Just to double confirm the things as people are being rejected on upload issue of WES report.

As I want to use the revised ECA from WES, I will use the date on revised ECA from WES (and not the date on earlier/original ECA report).
Also, post-ITA, I will only upload revised ECA soft copy (and "NOT" the original/earlier report)

Thanks again to stamp my understanding

Yes. Provided you don't have an ITA already.

Hi Asivad Sir,

I have some query on job reference letter.

In my reference letter: Employee ID, date of joining and designation and passport number mentioned along with the detailed roles and responsibilities. But my number of hours of working and "job is permanent" is mentioned in offer/appointment letter. I have attached my offer/appointment letter highlighting the same. This one, is my first company and m still working with this.

Will this be a case of rejection or they might ask for updated reference letter ?

My AOR is 25 Feb and m getting worried Huh Huh

No it will not cause a rejection in my opinion, since you have attached all possible documents fulfilling mandatory requirements :)

IRCC has been weird about this requirement - they have refused applicants who stayed back in a country for more than a month or so after getting the PCC. 5 days of stay after getting the PCC should not be a problem but recommend that you get a fresh PCC if if doesn't cost you too much in money and time.

Hi Asivad,

Sorry to bother you again. I just got a new police report per the above. I would like to submit a CSE with the new PCC but I am unsure of what to say in the LOE.

I don't want to give the impression that I submitted incomplete documents when I submitted my e-APR by saying 'please find attached a more recent PCC' etc.

Is there a diplomatic way I can put it?

Your advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Congratulations!

This means that your application has passed program eligibility requirements. PPR should not be long in coming if nothing untoward shows up in background verification.

Thank you Asivad for your reply.

I got the ITA on 10th February.
I have another question please.
While submitting my EE application, I had put 36 hours/ week.
Now post-ITA, the reference letter I have received from office says 40 hours/ week.
So now, post-ITA, should I silently specify 40 hours/ week without any LOE?
Will there be any issue?

Hi Asivad

I read one of your earlier post stating difference between Background "In Progress" & Background "In Process"

I understand that for the Inland applicants , the background quickly changes to "In Progress" & then to "Not needed"
For FSWP Outland, background is the last part of processing.
I am FSWP Outland and background changed to "In Progress" after 5 months.

Can you please tell the meaning "In Progress" & "In Process" for different application streams.

Thanks

Just request them to consider this PCC in addition to the other documents already submitted along with your application.
