Any Question on Express Entry---i will try to answer

Hi i just wanted to ask something.. in my profile before my ita, i answered "1" on the number of family members, which should be "2" because i have a son, i maybe overlooked it because i know i really should've answered 2.... so i got my ita, and they asked me again, and this time i answered "2", and there they have questions or requirement for my son... my question is... is it ok? if in my profile i answered "1" and on my ita i changed it to "2".... pls help me. TIA.

Hi , yes you can update your profile , but you must provide POF for 2 persons now

I have a question about change of my employment outside Canada after got AOR.

I had submitted Express Entry application and got AOR on Feb 26. Unfortunately, I have to leave my current job on Mar 21. After Mar 21, I will face unemployment or change to another employer (not to be determined now).

I had had enough work experiences to satisfy EE Minimum Entry Criteria. The employment or unemployment outside Canada after Mar 21 will not change my CRS score.

Do I need to inform CIC about change of my employment after Mar 21? If yes, will it have any negative effects to my ongoing application?

Hi, hope you can help me with the following:

I recently got my gcms notes, following is my timeline

CEC (inland)

AOR: 19th of Nov

Med passed: 4th of December

no communication thereafter

Now in my gcms notes

it says:

Eligibility: not started
Security: not started
criminality: passed
medical: passed

but when I scroll down to the assessments sections under eligibility it says the following:

EE Eligibility:

Assessment: 1
Status: passed - candidate
Status updated by: EAIEAPP
Updated date: 2015/11/20


Please keep in my mind that my eligibility is set to be passed just a day after getting my aor, do you think I've passed my eligibility or is it a computer generated function just like aor in express entry.

Also following are the notes on my file:

***AGENT REVIEW*** Police certificates R10 OK

All police certificates on application

Criminality decion passed

Education documents, canadian education credential recognized and on file. Credential is consistent with the amount of education claimed by client

Age reviewed and no change from ita to e-apr


Notes don't comment about my eligibility at all or my work experience which I'm mainly concerned about, please comment.

I have an express entry accountu derived noc code 0124, Sr manager marketing and sales. Can I change my noc code in ee. Does it make any negative impact on my profile. I want to change it to 0621.Pls help

Hi guys

My question relates to reference letter. In my work history I mentioned a job, where I worked for 2 years. The duties, responsibilities, salary, working hours and everything else were all the same, except for the name of the position and status: one year I was a military, and then my position changed to civil service, thus I retired from the army. This is clearly described in my reference letter. Now, my question is should I write it as 2 employments or just 1?

You need to make the engineering job the basis of her applicaiton and select >3years.

So as i understand , i can use the engineering job to get points in Express Entry even when the current job is different from this job.

Hi

My husband received an ITA for express entry last month

we had applied for EP last year as well but due to delayed pcc it got cancelled
last year i got my Medical done on 1st week of march 2015

now for this time i went to the do the medical in end of february but the diagnostic center said ur previous medical is still valid.
As my profile will be submited by the mid of march by the time the previous medical wil be over so I wanna get it done now.
They said ok but we will generate report 1 week of march as ur previous medical expires by that time.
also will give acknowledgement when report generated.

But now it has been more than a week that my prevs medical expired as per date
They not sending me any acknowledgment sayin few tests havnt expired yet so got to wait for 10 days more..



CAN I GET MY MEDICAL DONE AGAIN BY OTHER PANEL PHYSICIAN NOW BY SAYING THIS IS THE FIRST TIME M GETTING MEDICAL DONE?
WILL THEY GIVE ME THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT?
IS IT ILLEGAL TO DO SO ?

It does not matter the number of different NOCs you ave worked in. What matters is that you should have worked in an NOC under skill type 0, A or B continuously for at least a year in the last five years to qualify to apply.

Ignore it. They are just indicating your UCI. That is a problem with the format of their letter. Submit you S4 document. Good luck - wish you a speedy PPR.

hi....I got invitation for PR under Express entry but previously I had an incident in grocery store where I didn't paid 35$ of bill and attended court, but I am not Convicted and it was withdrawn...

Could you please tell me whether I have to put Yes or No to the question where it asks about "have you been committed or convicted any crime in any country "?( keeping it No and attaching an explaining letter is that okay? )

Please help me I am confused
